Project description
Architecture Design Competition – Immobiliare Cervara S.r.l.
The project aims to transform a former commercial building into a multi-residential complex on the edge of the Sile river in Quinto di Treviso, providing with various types and sizes of apartments suitable for satisfying the needs of differentiated users.
The main objective of the project is the construction of a “pilot” NZeb – near-zero energy building – with high standards in terms of environmental sustainability and high energy efficiency by adopting the Casa Clima and/or Passive House standards.
